Secret City Tour in a Vintage Car

Secret City Tour in a Vintage Car

Paris, France

See a hidden side of Paris in a vintage convertible 2CV car.

You will have the opportunity of traveling through the city in this legendary French car.

These are private guided tours, in a cosy and friendly atmosphere, with a driver who will tell you anecdotes of Parisian life and about the car. Meet your private guide for the day at either your hotel in central Paris or the meeting point near Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower.

These somewhat odd-looking cars were first introduced in the mid-1940s as work vehicles for French farmers, and though the design changed quite a bit over the years the original cars have become much beloved in France and elsewhere.

Your tour will focus on the city’s hidden gems:

Pass the elegant Place Vendôme, earlier known as Place Louis-le-Grand, a square in the 1st arrondissement of Paris lined with boutiques, jewelers and glitzy hotels.

The Kiosque des Noctambules, a contemporary piece of street art by French artist Jean-Michel Othniel

Take some photos at the Stravinsky Fountain, where the water feature is embellished with sixteen works of sculpture, moving and spraying water, representing the works of the great composer Igor Stravinsky.

Visit the neighborhood of Le Marais to see Place du Marché Sainte-Catherine, a quiet cobblestone area where you can learn about the area’s buskers and artists from your guide.
